Red lights all turn green.

How you do one thing
Is how you do everything.
Make every move count.

It’s your special day,
But your memory failed you.
We’ll remind you, Mom.

In times of chaos,
The universe rights itself.
Patience, grasshoppah!

Wheels deep in the mud,
Spinning, but going nowhere.
Finally! Traction!

Target set down range,
Front and rear sights all lined up-
Taking my best shot.

Warm, rich and hearty,
Nourishment that satisfies-
Oatmeal for the soul.
