Expelling the old. Refreshing the energy- Balance is restored.

Embracing pleasure With full appreciation- Nothing left lacking.

Synchronicities, Similarities emerge- Life mirroring life.

Cleaning up bird seeds. Look, a nut! Nope, plastic rock. Squirrel in the garden.

Need to slow my roll. Strange noises during decel- Squeaky brakes on car.

Not the condiment. Simply getting organized- Work-life re-balanced.

Sleep-in Saturday. Recovering from the week- Not enough coffee.

Rich green light sparkles. Life force energy shimmers- Heart Chakra dances.
