Want to discover your natural rhythm and expand your intuition through poetic expression?

**I am here to guide you through this process.**

You will find great support in creating works of art while deepening your journey into self-discovery. Poetry is a right and left-brain tool that can help you tap into your intuition, become more present and mindful, work through issues and challenges, or simply celebrate life’s beauty.

What is Haiku?

Haiku is an ancient Japanese form of poetry, consisting of 3 lines and a total of 17 syllables.

Line 1= 5 syllables, Line 2= 7 syllables, Line 3= 5 syllables.

Because of its short form, Haiku is easy to use and can be a quick way to express your innermost feelings, observations or ideas.

Haiku is also a fun form of meditation. Using Haiku as a daily meditative practice can deepen your connection to your Higher Self, Source, and all the goodness in your world.
