Low, steady rumble. Calming, relaxing my soul. The kitty purring.

Birds of a feather… We all reflect each other. Who is in your flock?

Turning the page now. A new chapter in my book. Fairytales come true.

Dog under my arm. Comfy, cozy on the couch. Movie time at home.

Darkness fills the room. Eyes open, brain in high gear. Insomnia bites.

Healing the body. Eating fresh, colorful foods. Extreme self-care day.

Celebrating life. Grateful to be part of yours! Happy Birthday, Love!

No more time for rest. Responsibility calls. No grace for sickness.

Restless, achy bones. Throat closed up, nose running wild. A summertime cold.
